Competition Terms & Conditions
These general terms apply to Golf Travel Australia competitions together with the details displayed for each individual competition. Please read both before entering.
1. Scope
These standing terms are intended to apply to competitions promoted by Golf Travel Australia Pty Ltd. The details published for each competition—including its entry period, eligibility, entry method, limits, judging or voting method, prize and winner notification—form part of that competition’s terms. If a competition-specific detail differs from these standing terms, the specific detail applies, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility
The eligibility requirements and any geographic or age restrictions must be stated on the relevant competition page. Entrants must provide accurate information and comply with the entry limits stated for that competition.
3. How to enter
The relevant competition page must state the opening and closing dates and times, the required entry steps and any entry limit. Entries submitted outside the stated period, or that do not meet the stated requirements, may be ineligible.
4. Judging, voting and results
The competition page must state whether winners are selected by judging, public vote or another method and describe the applicable criteria or process. GTA will use the method stated for that competition. A public vote or judged competition must not be described as a random draw.
5. Prizes
The competition page must describe the prize, its stated value, material inclusions or exclusions and any fulfilment conditions. GTA will provide prizes as offered, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner contact and claims
The competition-specific terms must state how and when winners will be notified, the claim period and what happens if a prize is unclaimed. The applicable claim deadline is the one stated for that competition.
7. Personal information
GTA will use entry information to administer the competition and as described in its Privacy Policy. Entering a competition does not by itself subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Any marketing choice should be presented separately.
