The Sea View Course was created to reward placement and course management rather than power alone. Angled fairways, carefully positioned bunkers and water hazards encourage golfers to choose the correct line from the tee and leave the best approach angle.
The opening nine occupies naturally undulating tropical terrain, with dense vegetation framing many holes. The character changes on the back nine as the routing descends towards the sea and the wind becomes a larger part of club selection.
Five tee positions allow the layout to remain playable for a broad range of golfers while preserving a strong championship challenge from the back tees.
