About the Course
Learn about the course's design, history, setting, and the unique elements that define its golfing experience.
Sky Lake Resort & Golf Club is located in the Van Son Lake area of Chuong My, west of central Hanoi. The club offers 36 holes across two separate par-72 layouts, both created by Bori Golf Design under lead designer Ahn Moon Hwan.
The Sky Course makes thoughtful use of the site’s natural beauty, changing elevations and varied outlooks to create a balanced, honest test. Its most recognisable hole is the par-four 15th, nicknamed “Dien Bien Phu” for its dramatic topography and risk-and-reward character.
The Lake Course is longer and more formidable, extending to 7,557 yards as it moves through rolling terrain around Van Son Lake. Its scale, water features and shifting elevations give the course a strong championship identity and helped earn it recognition as Vietnam’s most challenging course for 2012–2013.
