Loyalty & Rewards Program Terms
- INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Golf Travel Australia Loyalty & Rewards Program (“Program”).
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
The Program is operated by Golf Travel Australia (“GTA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
- DEFINITIONS
- Program means the GTA Loyalty & Rewards Program
- Member means a registered participant in the Program
- Points means loyalty points earned through eligible activities
- Rewards means benefits, discounts, or offers available for redemption
- Eligible Transactions means purchases or actions that qualify for Points
- ELIGIBILITY
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a valid GTA account
- Provide accurate and current information
Participation is limited to individuals and is not transferable.
- PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The Program is designed to reward engagement across the GTA ecosystem, including:
- Golf travel bookings
- Product purchases
- Membership participation
- Promotional and engagement activities
Points are awarded as a benefit of participation and do not constitute currency.
- EARNING POINTS
5.1 Eligible Activities
Members may earn Points through:
- Purchases from the GTA Pro Shop
- Booking or participating in tours
- Membership payments
- Promotional campaigns
- Referrals, reviews, or surveys (where offered)
5.2 Allocation of Points
Points are allocated based on:
- Spend value
- Specific promotions
- Activity-based rewards
The number of Points awarded will be determined by GTA and may vary.
5.3 Processing Time
Points may take time to appear in your account and may be:
- Pending until transactions are confirmed
- Reversed if a transaction is cancelled or refunded
- REDEEMING POINTS
6.1 Redemption Options
Points may be redeemed for:
- Discounts on products
- Tour credits or upgrades
- Exclusive offers or experiences
- Promotional entries (where applicable)
6.2 Redemption Value
- Points have no fixed cash value
- Redemption rates are determined by GTA
- Rates may change at any time
6.3 Redemption Conditions
- Minimum redemption thresholds may apply
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points may only be used by the account holder
- EXPIRY OF POINTS
Points may expire if:
- Not used within a period determined by GTA and may change from time to time
- Your account becomes inactive
Expiry periods are determined by GTA and may vary.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Protecting your login credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
GTA is not responsible for unauthorised use of your account.
- PROGRAM CHANGES
GTA reserves the right to:
- Modify how Points are earned or redeemed
- Change reward structures
- Introduce or remove benefits
- Suspend or discontinue the Program
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
- TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION
GTA may suspend or terminate your participation if:
- You breach these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected
- Your account is inactive or closed
Upon termination:
- Any unused Points may be forfeited
- PROMOTIONS & BONUS POINTS
From time to time, GTA may offer:
- Bonus Points promotions
- Limited-time earning opportunities
These will be governed by specific promotional terms.
- REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS
If a transaction is:
- Cancelled
- Refunded
Associated Points will be:
- Deducted, or
- Adjusted accordingly
- NO MONETARY VALUE
Points:
- Are not legal tender
- Cannot be transferred, sold, or traded
- Have no monetary or cash equivalent
- LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law:
- GTA is not liable for loss of Points
- GTA is not responsible for system errors or delays
- Liability is limited to the value of the benefits provided
- PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with GTA’s Privacy Policy.
- DISPUTES
If a dispute arises:
- Members must contact GTA in writing
- GTA will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
